What To Expect When You Call:

WE LISTEN: When you call Safe Haven Care, we will listen to your questions and concerns and let you know how we can best help you.
WE MEET: Once you feel comfortable with the different ways we can help you or your loved ones, we will schedule an assessment.
WE DEVELOP A PLAN: We will come to your home (or your loved one's home) to meet with you and anyone else who would like to participate in creating a service plan, and we will assess your situation and create an custom service plan to provide the best care at the best rates to fit your situation and your budget.
WE START PROVIDING IN-HOME CARE: Once a plan has been created, you can choose a date to start service. Our caregivers will arrive on time and provide reliable, compassionate care.
WE CONTINUE PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY, AFFORDABLE CARE: Long after we start providing care, we will continue to deliver consistently excellent, reliable, and compassionate care at affordable rates.

Our compassionate caregivers provide expert in-home care at affordable rates. They all go through extensive hands-on training before they ever set foot in your home. You will be confident that you and your loved ones are getting the best possible in-home care services available in Central Oregon.

We offer 24-hour services as well as hourly services, and we can help for short or long periods of time. We have no minimum hour requirements and can provide just about any help you need in your home. We provide companion care, respite care, personal care, placement services, home safety assessments, friendly reminders, and more.
